Another excavation campaign took place on the M\u00e9rtola Castle Slopes between 3 and 28 July 2023, with scientific coordination by the M\u00e9rtola Archaeological Site and technical and logistical support by the M\u00e9rtola City Council. The campaign involved 10 young Portuguese and Spanish university students, guided by the CAM team, in the Castle Slopes, at the area closest to the cemetery access road.
