As in previous editions, the Heritage Forum, organised by the M\u00e9rtola City Council and the M\u00e9rtola Archaeological Site, with the theme ‘Heritage and Local Identity: religiosity and know-how’, takes place on 30 September 2023.<\/p>\n

The talk will take place in the Religious Art museum unit of the M\u00e9rtola-Cl\u00e1udio Torres Museum, and will feature interventions by Carlos Pedro, Joaquim Boi\u00e7a, Gon\u00e7alo Pereira Rosa and Virg\u00edlio Lopes, moderated by Susana G\u00f3mez Martinez, and will include the presentation of the publications ‘Mantas Tradicionais do Baixo Alentejo’, ‘Caminhos da Religiosidade no Concelho de M\u00e9rtola’ and the October edition of National Geographic Portugal magazine.<\/p>\n

Admission is free and does not require prior registration.<\/p>\n
